Add to Cart Issue

I am trying to use the add to cart button option in ecart4.

I have gone through the options in the process which includes linking to a recordset. However, I keep getting the following error when pressing the button.

Notice: Undefined variable: ATC_itemQuantity in D:\wamp\www\AB\store\store\PriceSearchquery.php on line 271

I have included images of all stages and a copy of the code added to my site.

I have also cleared the cache in dreamweaver and have also tried the last copy of ecart and the latest copy of ecart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the first step you are selecting the Prodname column as the ID column. you need to select the prodID column instead.
