No tag or icon

I recently had to purchase a new computer because my ol one crashed and I reinstalled the CSS Menu Writer software for Dreamweaver. The problem is now when I try to update the menus I do not see the icon or tag that I use to see underneath the menu for me to click on and then click edit in the property manager. How do I get that tag to re-appear?
Thanks
Troy

In Dreamweaver Preferences, go to the Invisible elements category and make sure that scripts are checked. This should cause the php tag to appear for the menu items.
