add to cart error in dreamweaver for php

I create the cart object in dreamweaver and on my php page i create a recordset of the products and when i try to put an add to cart button on the page i get this error message. You can see the error message in the attachment

Please Help!

This looks similar to an issue that was occurring with users before installing the new 4.5.2 release. What release version do you have installed? If it is 4.5.2 let me know and I do some further troubleshooting. If you do not have this version installed please visit your downloads by logging in to the site to obtain it and install it, then test this again and let us know the result.

Problem still happening

I have removed the old and installed the new ext you mention but still get the error
