PowerCMS & Contact form Solution Pack

HI,
I just subscribed for what I understood was all extensions and premium content. I installed everything and get this new announcements palette which announces "Contact Form Solution Pack" which I did not see to download and then the "Power CMS" for more money. Are these included or not and how do I download them?

Bye the way the link for the Content Form o does not work!

Power CMS and the Contact Form Solution Pack are not included in the Extension Library.

The Extension Library does not include solution packs.

As a new customer, I went to the site and was given the impression that everything was covered by the subscription! It may be quite clear to you but Solution Packs are not part of my language.

Right at the top of the page advertising php solutions ids the subscription information! Looks like bait and switch to me.

OK I'm a subscriber, what isn't included? Just so I don't read about features only to find it's more money.

No Bait and switch, it is all spelled out on the Extension Library Product detail page:
extension-library/

Look in the "Extension Library Product List" On the Features tab.


The Extension Library Banner add is currently at the top of all of the product pages.

Please don't get me wrong, I think your products are great and the prices very reasonable. Your responsiveness is impressive. For the marketing department: You all are very familiar with your marketing product groups. They may well be intuitive to you as to what products belong in which groups but to the the rest of us it's a little mystifying. When you have the great new subscription program, and you say you will be adding extensions to it in the future it tells us that we just need to subscribe and we will get the new extensions and updates as part of the subscription.

When I opened DW after loading the extensions the very first item on the palette was something not included! Send this off to the marketing department please.
