wysiwyg editor showing all my html tags

wysiwyg editor showing all my html tags

Hi. I've searched and seen a number of references to this, but I see no real solution. All my html markup is showing in the editor window.

And another thing. I select "normal" from the format menu and the text displays according to my stylesheet. But the next time I go to update the text, it has p tags around it but it does not DISPLAY per my p style. What's going on?

Thanks for any and all help with these 2 issues!

Most likely, there is some extra formatting applied to the initial value of the iRite instance that is converting the HTML tags to the html entities.

On the General Tab of the iRite Instance editor, click the lightning bolt next to Init Value. make suire that the format dropdown is set to None.
