Error trying to run Zeldman advisor

When I try to run the extension on a page I get the following error message. I'm running DW CS4:

"While executing onClick in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm, the following javascript errors occurred.

In file "WA_SiteTools_Progress":
ImportNew is not defined

Separate question: What happened to the tech support? It's been a while since I've been to the site and many changes. I couldn't find tech support.

Thanks for help.

Try Deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

We are offering support through these public forums now. By offering support through the forums we hope to make the resolutions to common problems more visible so that other users having the same issue can find the information a bit quicker.

Thank you that took care of it. Don't know why, but it's fixed.

Regarding moving tech support entirely to these forums, I have mixed feelings about that. I've found in the past for the forums to be a pretty inefficient mode of communication and resolution of some problems that take several back and forths. So while I agree there is value to opening up these tech exchanges to the larger community, that may or may not be advantageous to individual users needing to resolve a problem without excessive delay. But perhaps WA has responded to that and is prepared to have timely responses during ongoing threads. It certainly worked great for my problem here. Thanks.

We have the same work flow for dealing with Public Forum threads as we had with the closed support ticket system

The closed support ticket system is still in place if we need to escalate the issue or share private information.
