JavaScript onLoad error

JavaScript onLoad error

When trying to use CSS Menu Writer i get the following message-
"While executing onLoad in wamw_addmenu.htm a JavaScript error occurred" this message is repeated twice and the program freezes. A blank window appears with a "loading" box in the middle.
I was not prompted for a serial number, so maybe i have not installed correctly.
I am using Dreamweaver 8 on a Mac with OS 10.4.11

Any suggestions?

thanks
Colin

try deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:

I have tried all of the suggestions from the support forums, still no success.
Anything else?
Thanks
