Require Selection in search to return results

I want to return -0- results if a selection is not made. The attached search page has the option to select one or more certified member types via radio buttons. If none of the radio buttons are selected I want to return -0- results verses all results.

On the reults page, chnage line 12:
$WADbSearch1_DefaultWhere = "";

to:
$WADbSearch1_DefaultWhere = " 0!=0";

Still Returning all results

It is still returning all results without any selection being made.
