Form Showing All Validation Error Messages

This topic may have been addressed before but, if so, I can't find the answer:

I just converted a form using FB, which can be seen at customquote2.php. This form did not have any security features or validation before I added them in via FB.

However, as you will notice, all the validation messages are displayed on the empty form and, of course, they should not be there. Except of this display problem, the form seems to correctly validate the fields after I select the Submit button.

Anyone know how I can correct this problem? Thanks in advance.

Can you send a copy of the customquote2.php page in a zip file so I can investigate the code.

Problem has been resolved. After I uploaded the whole site again, the form appears to be working fine.

However, Jason (or someone knowing), what associated files and/or folders are created by FB? I had been uploading just the form file itself and the CSSForm_Builder and WA_ValidationToolkit folders, rather than the whole site each time. But, I apparently missed something. (NOTE: I already had a WA_DigitalFilePro and ContactForm_GMC folders, previously, but did not re-upload each time I made a form change since I didn't think FB used them.)

I don't want to have to upload the whole site every time I make a correction to a form as that would be 1) time consuming (very large site) and 2) I want to track specifically what files and folders are being changed by FB (as my customer only wants to upload changed files/folders, not the whole site each time). Perhaps that is already documented somewhere by WeAssist?

Thanks. And, Jason, please delete that file I posted.

The only include files in that file are:
WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_Scripts_PHP.php
WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_ValidatedForm_PHP.php
WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php

you should only need to upload the WA_ValidationToolkit and WA_DigitalFilePro directories to get that file working.
