Jumpy Pages

I used newest version of Site Assist Professional to build a 5 page site at http://theguestbookproject.net to a client's specifications.

Everything worked out well using the program with the exception of the Lottery Details and Contact page jumping to the right on page load.

Any know why these two pages are jumping to the right?

Thanks

initial when the page loads, there is no scroll bar on the right hand side. once the page finishes loading, the scroll bar appears which causes it to look jumpy. I cannot see why the scroll bar is not there initially.
