This might be a problem with the .dat cache file or it could be an issue with a corrupt configuration. Here are links to threads that discuss the steps needed to delete the .dat file and if that does not work to delete the config folder.

This should help you to get past these problems without having to re-install Dreamweaver.

Thanks

I ended up going the uninstall/reinstall route because I needed to get things up and running asap.

Thank you for the threads... I will keep them just in case I have other errors in the future.

Thank you again.

javaScript errors in Dreamweaver

I also get errors while opening Dreamweaver and using the extensions. I uninstalled all of the Web Assist extensions and deleted the .dat file and then reinstalled only the css Sculptor 3.0 just to make sure I would not get any more errors. But I am still getting them. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

This is mainly the error that I am getting:

CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\Library\WA_Configuration.js" (error 3).

Do I need to navigate to this path and delete the WA_Configuration.js file?

In addition to uninstalling the extensions, try renaming your configuration folder:
