I am not having a problem downloading the CSS Form Builder Getting Started Guide at:
form_builder_gsg.pdf

Perhaps try Right Clicking the Link and select the Save Link As option and download it to your computer before you try opening it.

Maybe not so obvious to right-click and download it.

Well,
Intutively, I would not have thought of right-clicking to download file. Maybe it will be an idea to do it like most of us will do it. Click to down, instead of right-click, save it and then click again to open it. Not quite what the button says then!

In many cases when acrobat is installed, it will take over the and try to open the file in a browser window as a plug instead of allowing you to download it. To get around the problem, you can force the browser to download the button by right clicking on it and selecting Save Link As.
