Hi Eric,

I have an open ticket with you regarding maximum quantities and quantities available. I know we have been working on this for some time and it has been quite a few weeks since I have been able to test out what we are working on. I do have a few problems though. If you could take a look at the open ticket today it would be greatly appreciated!

Indeed it has been a little while. I will need to refresh my memory on what has been done on this page. I have already updated the ticket requesting the newest version of the catalog page you have. Please post back with this to your ticket and I will look it over to help you get it worked out.

Thanks Eric for all of your assistance with this. I believe it is all working now except for one minor thing. I replied to the ticket the issue that I am having with this now. Can you please take a look and let me know what you think?

Sure thing, I will check into the updated ticket and get a reply out to you as soon as I can. Reviewing the open tickets that I have is a regular part of my process so there is no need to ask about it here, you can just update the ticket in your support history and I will see the update there.
