Surveyor

I'm getting the following error message when trying to use Surveyor:

While executing onResize in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured: In file "WA_SiteTools_Progress": refreshUl is not defined.

Any ideas?

Have you tried deleting the cache file to see if it resolves the issue for you? Here is a link to a thread that discusses removing this file to fix issues:

showthread.php?t=1589

If this does not work for you please post back and let us know the version of DW you are working with and the OS. There is a known issue with this tool in DW8 build 3453 that prevents the floater from loading correctly and will result in a similar error.

I should have tried that. Works a treat. Good for the Forum though. Thanks

Glad to hear that, it is always a good thing to try if you get some unexpected error when using the tool.

Nice Reference

That is a very clean troubleshooting doc, thanks for having it available like that. I'm sure many users will benefit from it directly, I know I have already bookmarked it myself. Thanks again.

Thanks Eric,

You inspired me to clean it up a little more. If you have any more general troubleshooting tips, I can add them to the bottom.

You seem to have some very good info in here, I have found myself handing out this link on a couple of occasions now and will probably be doing that more often. I will definitely let you know if I think of something that would be good for you to add to this.
