Validation Codes

I have downloaded all available products and none of he validation codes work for any of the downloaded products. Suggestions?

The activation process should return a specific error if there is a problem. What is the error message you are getting when you attempt to activate?

That's just it, I do not get far enough into the process. I've typed in the activation codes for almost all the products and I get "The serial number you entered is incorrect." I pulled all the codes for each extension from the page where you start the download for the particular product.

Nevermind. Apparently my typing the codes in wasn't sufficient. I copied and pasted the serial numbers and activation was accepted.

Glad to hear that you got it worked out. Cutting and pasting is the recommended way to get the activation number into place. This and some other info about activating the products can be found in our 'Understanding WebAssist Activation' document. It can be found on the right side of the support page under Additional Help.
