Early Bird Specials & Data Base

Can an early bird discount be set-up in a mysql data base using ecart/DW? If so, how would this be done?

Thanks in advance.

You can setup discounts that are based on values in the database. How you will set this up will depend on exactly how you would like it to work. To get an idea of how discounts work in the cart you should take a look at the 'Applying Discounts' Solution Recipe that can be found in the Solution Recipes section of the eCart support page, here is a link:

Check out the Solution Recipe and any other resources that would be relevant for what you are trying to implement, when you have questions about any particular part please post back with those questions.
