Serial number activation problem

Thread began 9/21/2009 8:14 pm by fquirosm388720 | Last modified 9/22/2009 1:05 pm by Jason Byrnes | 1504 views | 1 replies |

Serial number activation problem

I subscribed to WebAssist last week.
The WebAssist activation box for CSS Sculptor 3.0 has two problems.

* If I try to copy the entire serial number from my online WebAssist account by highlighting and right clicking, when I place the cursor in the first box for the serial number in the activation box, right clicking is disabled, so I can't paste the number in.
* Try as I might to copy the number in manually several times, always being careful of letter case, when I get to the last digit in the last serial number box (unambiguously a capital J), a red X comes up saying that I have copied the number incorrectly.

The number is correctly copied but the activation box won't accept it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
