eCart goes to screen with credit card entry fields when wrong CC # provided

Let me know if this required to open ticket. When I enter a wrong CC # in our checkout, it goes to a screen with just CC credentials fields (attached is a screen shot). However, when I enter wrong CVV # or wrong Exp. Date, the transaction successfully goes to the checkout failure page. So, it only happens when wrong CC entered. Maybe you can give me a general direction in the code where I should check for now. Attached are the cart checkout files. Thanks.

Just change line 36 from:
$WAFV_Redirect = "".($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]) ."?invalid=true";

to:
$WAFV_Redirect = "checkoug.php?invalid=true";
