Interferance With SSL Certificate

Good Morning,
how are you?

Image Info:
image 1. = index.php page. (The SSL lock does not show)
image 2. = about-us.php page. (The SSL lock shows)
image 3. = index.php page without '<?php require_once("WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?>'. (The SSL lock shows)

The SSL lock does not show on the index page.
<?php require_once("WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?>

If I remove: '<?php require_once("WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?>' from the index page it displays like image nr 3 on the image.

What must I change in the code for the SSL lock to display on the index.php page and the website still running normal?

Thank you for your help.

You have image references on the page like:

In order to be marked as secure, all of the images need to use https:// as well.
