Hi Support,

I have been getting that error message on my live hosting account on iPage.com, but on my localhost machine works
PHP version on iPage Account is 5.5.22
Database Version 5.6.32.

Please note I was creating a Double Opt In Registration System with Data Bridge through the youtube tutorial with the new Data Bridge V2 that I bought last week.

What page are you browsing when you see the error? What are the steps you take before seeing the error message?

The FTP information provided doesn't seem to work for me. It looks like the issue is that your server isn't saving session variables properly.

Try this:
Create one page called session_save.php with code:

php:
<?php

@session_start();
$_SESSION["test"] = "working";
?>

Then create a page called session_show.php with code:

php:
<?php

@session_start();
var_dump($_SESSION["test"]);
?>

Browse to the first page, then browse to the second page. If you don't see the "working" message, then session variables aren't saving properly.

If that is the case it is usually the session_save_path in your php.ini file being set incorrectly or the permissions on that folder being set incorrectly. You may have to contact your hosting provider to get that fixed. You could give them those two files as proof to help them test and correct the issue.

If that isn't the problem, then I'd probably need FTP access to debug your page and determine what exactly is happening.

Please try reinstalling the extension. I think this issue has been resolved. If you still have problems then I'll need to do screen sharing to debug why it still happens on your machine. If you still have the problem after reinstalling, please post your Skype contact information in a reply and I can connect to you and set up a screen sharing session to get that fixed.

I've sent you a message in Skype. Please contact me there and we can coordinate a time to do a screen share in order to look into this issue.
