Populating multiple fields from one dropdown-select

Using DA to build an insert page.

I have a drop down select populated by a recordset.

The recordset contains all records, with 4 associated fields.

On selection, the value populates the form field. As expected.

How do I populate the other 3 form fields with the other field-items returned from the recordset?

I don't know your database structure, but usually this is done by adding a recordset for each select list and populating the select list from that recordset.
