Unable to activate extensions.

I have reset my activations but unable to activate my extensions in Dreamweaver. I have viewed the common causes and disabled my firewall and antivirus but still a no go. Running Windows 10 and CS5. Thanks for the help.

I'd have to do screen sharing to see. What error message are you getting? If you post your phone number I'll give you a call and we can debug this to get it working.

It appears to be working now. I uninstalled the extensions and reinstalled them yet again. No clue why that exact same process didn't work before but it's working know so all is good.
