Can't re-enter to edit Send Mail sertver behaviour

Hello Ray,
I have a problem with DB2 and Send Mail: I've set a Send Mail behaviour and once I apply it to the page I cannot re-edit this server behaviour. Once I click the Send Mail server behaviour on the server behaviours window I get only a blank window (see attachment).

I can't edit any email sb in all websites using DB2.

This seems a config problem, so I tried restarting windows, uninstalling DB2 and reinstallling DB2 but with no luck.
I attach the page, in case you can look at it.

It opens for me... I may have to debug this with you directly in a screen sharing session. Please reply in the private area with a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll call you to set up a debug session. The Server Behavior opens for me, but it might be an issue with your body file which I don't have.
