Local testing server issue

Well, I have decided to start over to see if I can figure out why I can not get paypal pro to work with my store here;

Not sure if the link to my store will help you figure out what is wrong with the Paypal link.

My issue is; now when I try to preview my store in dreamweaver the first page displays correctly but when I try any link to another page I get this

No input file specified.

Any ideas?

Have you modified the connections/localhost.php file to connect to your PowerStore Database on your local MySQL server?
