How do I add a second series on my chart

How do I add a second series on my chart

Hi. I was wondering how I would go about adding a second dynamic series on my bar chart. For example, I have one query that has both actual dollars and a dollar goal. I want a bar for each item. I've tried the "show multiple datasets from column" check box, but that doesn't give me the desired result.

Thank you for your help.

I think I'm almost there...

Hi Jason, thank you for your quick reply. The tutorial was helpful (I definitely had a big “duh” moment when I realized there was a tutorial).

I was able to create one combined chart, however; when I go to create another one (using ASP) I don’t get the error that need resolving on the repeating region.

That is, there is no red exclamation point to resolve AND the combined chart doesn’t work. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your time.

can you send a link to the chart so I can investigate what is wrong.

got it to work!!!

I had the two series in the same query. Once I renamed one query with one series and the other series in a seperate query I could combine them successfully.
