MySQL Access Rules Not Working MySQLi Page Authorization

How do I get Access Rules created with MySQL to work with MySQli Page Authorization. What I have had to do, is use session variables to in place of rules. I have seen the CraigR tutorial, on making changes to the helper_php.php file. Is this change still needed? Are there other changes needed?

Thanks...John

If you save the same session variables in the MySQLi login as you did in your MySQL login, then no updates will be necessary.

MySQL Access Rules Not Working MySQLi Page Authorization

By "save the same session variables in the MySQLi login," do you mean recreate them or is there a way to open them as save them as MySQLi rules?

Thanks...John

Both the old login and the new MySQLi login have the option to save session variables when logging in. The old rules interface is based on those saved session variables, so as long as you use the same session variable names in the new login it should all work automatically.
