forgot password

The "forgot password" function doesn't seem to work on a number of my websites. The "forgot password.php" page does send an email with the link but when the user tries to change their password it doesn't seem to work. I have tried rebuilding the page a number of times but to no avail. I need some help in understanding why the change password function does not seem to work. Once again, the email does work.

I'd need a URL to reproduce the problem and FTP access to debug what is going wrong.

I had to update the form action on the page from: action="forgotpassword.php" to: action=""

It appears to be working now.
