email not sending

Re: Mac OSX 10.13.6, DWCS6, DBv234

I have made three new forms that should send their info to me via email... none work. Could you check my coding for errors and let me know why they aren't sending the emails out? I just tested the server and it does send email so I believe its my pages that are not working. (Files are attached)

Issue Resolved - Ignore my post sent at 4:52

I found the issue - I wasn't using dynamic email to pick up the sender's email but was hard coding a different email address.
