I bought data bridge but it did not include the mysqli dropdown underneath "Send Email" as it shows in the docs.

So I bought the mysqli extension, but it does not add that functionality, and maybe it was included in Data Bridge in theory already. I have DW CS6 on Windows 10. I get the Data bridge right-hand panel with Server Behaviors but not the dropdown panel. DW never asked me for the serial number for mysqli either.

It will only ask for the Data Bridge serial number, but all of the MySQLi server behaviors are included.

They aren't accessed through the main menu. They are accessed by pressing the plus '+' button from the Server Behaviors Panel. Select "Server Behaviors" from the Dreamweaver Window menu.
