Display HTMLeditor Content on Webpage

Display HTMLeditor Content on Webpage

I must have forgotten how to get the content that is entered into the HTMLeditor to properly display on my PHP webpage (I've done this successfully in prior years). I am attaching the HTMLeditor screen cap which shows how its content should display on my page - the second capture shows how the content actually displays on my webpage with HTML tags and no image). I've tried the page with some/all CSS turned off but that did not help.

Here's the code that I'm using to display the content on my page:
// <p <?php echo nl2br($rsEagleScout->getColumnVal("TextBlock")); ?></p> //

Use this to display:
<?php echo nl2br($rsEagleScout->getColumnVal("TextBlock",false)); ?>

The mysqli getColumnVal function has automatic html injection protection that has to be manually turned off for html editor content.
