Using DWCC 2014.1 and latest eCart v6 with complete site

Want to change checkout from Credit Card and PayPal to be only PayPal, no website Credit Card option.
Don't want to completely do a new checkout.
How do I make this change?

I'd have to see your current site to give you advice on this. Can I get a url and FTP access? It all depends on your eCart version and what options you had selected initially.

Using DWCC 2014.1 and latest eCart v6 with complete site

The site is only on my PC using localhost at this time. I wanted to resolve this issue before going live.
The eCart Gateway Credentials are as follows:
Debug Mode: yes
Gateway: PayPal
Service: PayPal API
Use Test Mode (sandbox): yes
Username, Password and Signature: From my PayPal commercial API credentials
Perhaps this will help

Do you charge for shipping based on the state? I think the easiest option might be to re-run the checkout wizard, but you may be able to update the checkout.php page to remove the credit card option manually. Without direct access to the pages to test and edit I can't really give more specific advice.
