will not load

error message when open Dreamweaver, how do i remove?
" unable to open script file - 'c:\Program files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\Configuration\WebAssist\Library\WA_Configuration.js' (error 3)

That file should be included when you install the extension. Did the secondary installer run? Did you restart Dreamweaver after installation? What did you select that caused this error to appear?

after a re-boot
i then attempted to install the new FREE TOOLS , the internal installer also ran, everything seems to be fine now.

Try reinstalling the extension. Then open dreamweaver and open any web page... that should launch a secondary installer. After that runs you have to close and open Dreamweaver one more time and the error should be gone.
