Delete issue

I obviously don't know what I'm doing with these delete pages as this one is not working either. I edited it all with new mysqli stuff, even made sure that it said any form post, but nothing happens.

You have it set to find the id to delete from $_GET['recordID']

However you are using a form post, not get, and there is no sign that recordID is ever set. You are using paymentID in the URL, so maybe that is what you should be using? Also you have it set as an integer comparison, and it appears that is a varchar field in the database based on the leading zeros.
