Hi Ray. I theres a way to implement Universal Analytic Tracking/ Google E-Commerce support to ecart?
We don't have an interface for it, but it should be easy enough to add manually following the google documentation and samples. Since the eCart code is standard php and you have access to it, you can integrate any third party code into it.
Thanks Ray. Do we have to add this code to the cart itself or to the confirm page? Do you have any samples or short description of projects you've implemented this already, as a start for us?
It would probably be on the confirmation page... but really that depends on what you are trying to track. I don't have any examples. The better place to look would be in the google docs for what they recommend and then follow their guidelines for how and where to implement it. If you are trying to track purchases then the success page would make the most sense. If you are tracking abandonment, then the cart page. The appropriate location really depends on what you are tracking.
