Email comes in without any of the form data! HELP!

Email comes in without any of the form data! HELP!

I followed the UE tutorial and pasted the snippet provided for ASP-VB to generate the email with all the form data.

Here is the snippet provided by Web Assist.
<p><%= Replace(cStr(Request.Form()),"&",vbCrlf) %></p>

I test the email and all that comes back in the email is "<p></p>"

I have spent countless hours trying to get this simple form working with no luck, I would really appreciate any help.

What is the forms method set to? Make sure the forms method is set to POST:
<form id="form1" method="post" action="">

Also, try the Sending an HTML Email Recipe, that recipe is for sending an unstyled text email.

Method is Post

Here is the form action
<form action="" method="post" name="Deployment" id="Deployment" >

Still doesn't work, now I get this error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'

Object required: 'WA_DFP_UploadObj'

/temp/upload.asp, line 56

Where line 56 is:
MailBody = MailBody & WA_DFP_UploadObj.Form("Name")

OK I see the problem now.

When using a form with Digital File pro, to upload a file, a couple of things need to be taken into account:

1) The upload file code needs to come before any of the universal email code.

2) You can no longer use the Request.From collection, you can only use the WA_DFP_UploadObj.Form Collection.

the code:
<p><%= Replace(cStr(Request.Form()),"&",vbCrlf) %></p>

needs to be changed to:
<p><%= Replace(cStr(WA_DFP_UploadObj.Form()),"&",vbCrlf) %></p>

3) The forms encoding type needs to be st to multipart/form-data:
<form action="" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="Deployment" id="Deployment" >
