Installation of Design Extender

I paid for Design Extender today.But the installation is not happening. After receiving the payment, you are now putting so many conditions for installation which is very bad.You would have intimated all those conditions prior to receiving payment but not after taking payment. Please refund my amount.

OK I'll process the refund. There aren't any conditions though.... what are you referring to? All you have to do is download an installer like:
http://zxpinstaller.com/

and then install the extension.

I'll cancel the order and refund the purchase immediately.
