GoToPage not working as expected

I built a page www.siseltools.com/capturepages_insert.php and indicated that it is to go to /capture-cust-confirm.php and forward the ID after insert. However, it never goes to the page, it just stays on the insert page and amends the url with the user id. I have made sure all files are updated on the server to no avail. I am using DreamWeaver CS5.5. Please help.

Please attach a copy of the page. I'd have to look at the code to diagnose what is wrong with it.

You have an insert record server behavior and an email server behavior. You should remove the redirect from the insert record server behavior and just leave the redirect in the email server behavior. That is the one that is set to redirect to the current page with the url parameter.
