I am not able to upload the images/files using kfm editor..

I am not able to upload the images/files. When I browse a file that I wanted to upload and click on upload button then it starts uploading and then an alert box pop up saying "No file uploaded". On my server, the PHP version is 5.4.

It appears your server doesn't have a temporary folder set to an existing folder or the folder doesn't have the correct permissions.

I set up a simple file upload page to help demonstrate the problem:
http://plcdresser.org/untitled.php

You will see it gives Error->6

That error is:
UPLOAD_ERR_NO_TMP_DIR

Value: 6; Missing a temporary folder. Introduced in PHP 5.0.3.

Ask your hosting provider to look into the php.in value for upload_tmp_dir and make sure it is set correctly and that the folder specified has the correct permissions.

I have manually added the upload_tmp_dir via php.ini file and it worked. Thank you. But Is there is a way I can upload the doc OR docx file. I am able to upload the image and pdf but when I upload any doc OR docx file then it starts uploading the file and stop and don't throw any error. But file don't get uploaded. Thank You once again for the solutions.

It appears to be a server configuration issue. You can see that doc files don't upload from the simple file upload sample page I created either:
http://plcdresser.org/untitled.php

I would see if there are any security mods installed by your hosting provider that might be causing the problem. You would have to bring it up with them. Use that sample page I created to demonstrate it to them.

I talked with the GoDaddy and they have restricted the uploading of the doc and the docx file on the shared hosting due to some security reason. I was unaware of this fact. Thank you for all your support.
