mysqli search
Hey Ray
Not sure where I have gone wrong with the attached page and the mysqli search on it as it returns all records rather than those found in a search. Have also linked to the live page for you if you need it.
Thanks
Jamie

Which recordset are you trying to search? The search is set to filter the recordset "Categories" on line 6, but I don't see that recordset on the page.
hmmm missed that! thanks Ray
If a search is empty, it returns and shows all records. How do I hide them?
EDIT: have figured out a way to do this...not sure if its the *right* way (or if there is a better way) but have wrapped the content to be hidden using
<?php if($_SESSION["blogSearch"] ."" != ""){ ?>content to show or hide<?php } ?>
That seems like a fine solution.
