Delete redirect issue

I have the delete redirect working great on one page, and followed similar code on another page and it is not working.
Details on Doc.
Credentials on page 4.

I don't really understand the issue. Can you tell me what exactly to click on to reproduce the issue? I'm not following the word document. I've copied the onclick event to the trash can image so that will work now.

Thank for you editing the trash can code for me. I have added to the doc - the new content is in between the noted yellow highlight (start end is highlighted)

I removed the form action from the delete form. That will force it to forward all of the url parameters so they can be used to filter the recordset and forward to the next page.
