Paypal error checkout 10759
I have a customer who received this message at checkout, I asked him to repeat the transaction and double verify that the card number and all info was correct, and he got it again.
"Transaction Not Completed
Your transaction could not be completed.
10759 Please use a different payment card."
eCart is setup with PayPal, and there were 22 other successful transactions today. When I run the same card through the online terminal with paypal, the transaction is completed with no issues.
Any idea what the issue could be?
