contact form email not being sent

Hi Ray

Have got a contact form which redirects as it should but the email is not coming though. Have triple checked everything but cant see anything obvious that would stop it from submittig the email.

Have attached the relevant files.

TIA

Jamie

The page looks like it would work. Do you have emails working on other pages on the site? If you give me FTP access I can debug. I'd start by dumping the session on a page after trying to send to see if there were any errors reported there.

No other working forms set up as yet (there are some on the site but I have not dealt with them yet)

The FTP file is attached

Many thanks

It must be getting spam blocked. I added myself to the TO field and I got the email immediately.

thanks for checking... i have tried changing the to field to various email addresses but none of them are coming through at all (nor going into spam bins)

if you have any thoughts on what I can do I'd really appreciate it

Since I got the email it has to be SPAM blocked on some level. I'm working on an update to the email server behavior that will allow you to send email using an external authenticated SMTP without PEAR. In the meantime you could try using the PEAR mail option and the client's authenticated mail server. Authenticated email seems to have better deliver-ability.
