What looks wrong? It looks correct in Edge for me I think. Please describe the exact problem, maybe I'm overlooking something.

Sorry - forgot to add this - I have used HTML Editor - and it doesn't show in IE11

It shows fine on Edge / Chrome

For me the editor isn't appearing on any browser. Are you sure it is working on Firefox and Chrome for you? Can I see a copy of the page itself? It doesn't look like it has any editor code on it currently.

I don't see any html editor code on this page at all. Try adding it again. You say it works on firefox? The page you sent me has email code on it, but no editor. I'm a bit confused trying to debug the problem.

If you can give me FTP access I'll try updating to the latest CKEditor version and that might fix the issue.

You had a very old version of ckeditor on the page. You should be using Data Bridge to add CKEditor and it will be a more recent version.

I updated the code on the page that adds the editor as well as the /webassist/ckeditor folder to help address the problem.

Many Thanks Ray - now working fine

I am now updating his forms on other sites which are very old but have come up against another issue

Please see screen grab

I have bound the recordset and now want to add Universal e mail.

All looks fine - until I get the select data bindings pop up to bind subject field and Recordset

As you can see recordset is highlighted - but I cannot select "Subject" I can click but it is not allowing me to select any field

Also I cannot expand "Recordset " to choose the e mail field.

The "Select Data Bindings " just will not allow me to click on any field.

Please can you advise.

Many thanks

John
