Search Wizard keeps crashing

Hello,

I upgraded to databridge so I could use the search wizard. Every time I use it, it crashes. I have cleared the data file cache removed any older extensions followed the forum threads etc.

This is the second time I have purchased the product the first time I went to another vendor because it keep crashing. You assured me during my pre-purchase that this time around that it had been bug fixed and developed.

I have tried everything, if someone cannot get it to work I will have to insist a refund please.

DW 2017, Mac latest OS, PHP, MySql.

I have processed the refund you requested.

Can you send me the correspondence where we "assured me during my pre-purchase that this time around that it had been bug fixed and developed"? Some computers seem to have these crashes with Dreamweaver and others don't. We have never really tracked it down completely, so that is a strange promise to be made.

I could try to look into this with you in a screen sharing session, but since you were adamant about a quick refund if I can't fix it I thought that was the more appropriate solution.

I can't do anything with a Dreamweaver crash report. Adobe may be able to make sense of that, but I doubt you would be able to get much traction there. You could try sending it into them and maybe it will get fixed in a future version.
