Unable to set up site connection

I'm unable to set up a site connection in Power CMS. I'm attaching a screen shot. The option to add a new connection isn't activated. I'm using a new computer. The connection for this site is on my old computer. Is there a way to transfer the connection settings from my previous computer?

I checked 2 other sites that I'm using Power CMS on and have the same result. Unable to define the connection. The regions that are set up allow me to edit them by connecting to the dashboard, but I can't add new regions. I'm attaching more screen shots for the JJC site.

You have to set up your dreamweaver site with a testing server and make sure you have a .php page open saved into that testing server.

I have set up a testing server and tested it successfully.

Power CMS is already set up on one of the pages on the site in question. I've attached screen shots of the page What's Biting where you can see that the connection is set up properly and allows connection to the Power CMS login dashboard. However, when I attempt to edit another section on this page or any other page on the site, I'm unable to designate the connection.

Dreamweaver needs the Connections folder in the root of the site you are working on. The issue is probably with your dreamweaver site definition not pointing to the correct root folder where the connection is defined.

Do you have the "Database and Server Behaviors" extension installed? That is a necessary component in order to connect to databases through dreamweaver.

Have you tried opening the window->databases panel and does it show up there? Are you able to create a new connection from the dreamweaver database window?

It was the lack of the Database and Server Behavior that was at issue. Once again, the Adobe DW developers deleted a critical component in CC 2017. Now there isn't even a DisabledFeatures folder in the Configuration folder. I found a site that sent me to the DMX site to download their extension, Enable Server Behaviors and Data Bindings Panel Support for Dreamweaver CC+, through their Extension Manager. Once done, I restarted DW and can now connect to the site's server.

Why do the DW developers think they know what we do or don't need in DW. They are forever removing critical pieces with each upgrade.
