It's not importing the entire site

I'm requesting the entire site be imported, but it's ignoring sub-folders of the site, namely image folders. It's not even a dynamic site - it's just HTML. Is there something I should check?

Thank you.

What is the site. I'll try an import and see if I can spot the problem.

It's horribly outdated and needs to be redone, but I just need all the files, including graphics, before we can shut this one down. Thanks!

Actually, I was able to finally get the entire site - weird. I was specifying entire site with 999999999 pages...??? Oh, well — it's fine now. You can close this ticket. Thank you.
