how to pass recordID to the delete or update page.

Old way was delete.php?ID='then recordset id' Don't seem to have that option in dreamweavercc anymore just link to file. Use to have link to file OR data which would pick up the recordset. I built a basic result page that displays all records, like a speadsheet. I added a delete column and want to link that to the delete page so I would have to pass the record number on the row I am on to the delete page?

delete.php?ID=<?php echo($rsUSER_i->getColumnVal("userID")); ?>

of couese I have quite a bit less hair right now :-)
