problem verifying serial number

Installed CMS. Can log into CMS but can't do anything. When I go to settings the serial # is blank and the msg says "There was a problem verifying your serial number. Please contact sales@webassist.com in order to fix this problem."

Can you enter a valid serial number into the blank field and update it? Can I get FTP access to the site so I can look into it?

It appears the issue has been resolved. When I visited your site today everything seems to be working properly.

I was able to get the serial number to show up in the box by entering it directly into the database.but I am still getting the error message and I am unable to add a content page. Maybe it would be better if I just reinstalled??

This page appears to be missing from your upload:

In fact it appears the entire /js/ folder hasn't been uploaded. You might just try re-uploading the entire site to make sure you didn't miss any.

Thanks Ray. That seemed to solve the issue.
