Authorize net fixed recurring payments?

Hello,
We need to sell some products in 3 parts via Recurring payments at Authnet. Can this be achieved efficiently with the latest eCart?
Or is there a recommendation on other paths to achieve this goal?

Basically we are going to have some products and offer them in three payments before providing the final product.
We'll not always have equal 3 parts just by the nature of the final product cost.
We can set up three tables in advance with each payment cost = sum total but maybe Authnet does this already?

Authorize.net does recurring payments. You would have to make some minor tweaks to the code manually to accomplish this, but it shouldn't be too difficult. You should download and review the authorize.net AIM api for recurring payments and it should have all of the answers for what needs to be done. This is something we could help with in a premier support ticket.
