Header is cropped when image is reduced

Header is cropped when image is reduced

My home page has a header that reduces using bootstrap's img-responsive class. However, when reducing to smaller sizes, the top and bottom of the image gets cropped. I tried eliminating the bootstrap class and using WA image Resizer. It seems to work better, but still can't get it to reduce without hiding parts of the image at smaller sizes.

File attached.

On your primrose.css file line 71 you have:

.container-fluid-redbg {
background-color: #e32019;
margin-top: -25px;
top: 0;
}

The negative margin is pushing the header up and hiding part of the image.
